The breakfast service was nice. Staff cooked as i ordered. the rooms were large. the hotel reworked it nicely, and it's worth the money. there's a good pub across the road if you want to eat or drink.
the shower stall felt quite small and could use a deep clean.

i stayed here because of its proximity to the river. the location is ideal for walks. the breakfast offered a friendly personnel. i appreciated the free car parking.
the fan was quite dusty. it did not help cool the room at all. the receptionist mentioned that she could not assist me. the fire escape outside the window.

My room faced the street and it was quite noisy. I found it difficult to sleep well. the soundproofing needs improvement. there was also a noticeable draft from the window.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and hot. i found easy access to the parking area. there were lots of spaces. it was a short walk to the river cam. That was a plus.
i had limited registration hours, though you can communicate with its sister hotel through the doorbell. there was no concierge, nor was there any baggage storage available. also, there are no lifts and the stairways are narrow, difficult for me.

breakfast included many options and the staff provided great service. my room included a fan and a fan heater was in the wardrobe. parking was easy with lots of spaces available. the river cam was a short walk away allowing for pleasant strolls.
The room felt a little stuffy. Opening the window, as it led directly to the fire escape.

The location is a perfect distance for city exploration. My room was very clean, with fresh-smelling linen and fluffy white towels. Breakfast was very good. I particularly enjoyed the cooked breakfast option with an excellent choice of items.
The exterior of the building looks a little run-down. The hotel would benefit from some refurbishment.
