small roomnoticeable road
The allocated breakfast allowance barely covered a full meal, that was a bit frustrating. also, the room felt smaller than i expected, especially considering the price i paid. A slightly cramped space is never ideal for a relaxing stay. the bed was okay, but it wasn't as comfortable as i had hoped for. the noise from the nearby road was more noticeable than i liked. I could hear cars passing by even with the windows closed.

i found the room very spacious. it had a great shower. the staff were super friendly and helpful. i noticed a lovely welcome for my dog with a little dog bed and dish with treats.
breakfast was very expensive and the resident allowance just about covered a full fry and a cup of tea.

The hotel is half an hour from sandringham estate. a fifteen minutes drive leads to downham market. plenty of parking is available. Access is easy.

Really good Stay, Modern and Super clean

The room felt very modern and super clean. It had everything I expected. The staff were really friendly. I had a few drinks in the little garden area at the back of the hotel (I liked it a lot). I dined in the main restaurant. The meal was lovely and so was the dessert.
The breakfast was a little expensive, but acceptable (especially considering the quality).
