constant noise stained rug
the room's soundproofing was a joke, despite being on the top floor. traffic noise was constant. also, the bathroom design... the glass walls offer zero privacy. the shower screen was too short. the mattress felt hard as a rock, and the pillows were ridiculously thick. i requested a thinner one, but it wasn't much better. the sink faucet sprayed water everywhere. the rug at the foot of the bed was stained. it was just not up to par.

comfy bed kind staff prepared breakfast lumpy pillows sink design noisy air conditioning
the location was great and i finded it easy to get to all attractions. the room has what you need and a comfy bed. all the staff is very kind and they always smiled. the breakfast box prepared for me that morning was a nice touch.
the sink design made washing a task because your hands always bumped into the basin. i also found the pillows very lumpy and not great. the air conditioning made a lot of noise that night.

poor maintenance subpar charcuterie
the location was acceptable for exploring the area.
i found the maintenance lacking. crumbs from previous guests remained in the bathroom even after days. the breakfast buffet needed more attention, as some items were not refilled promptly. the charcuterie also seemed subpar.

Really good Stay Downtown
excellent location clean room lovely staff
I found the hotel to be in an excellent location. The room was very clean each night, which I appreciated greatly. The front desk staff were lovely. They always asked if i needed anything! Breakfast was delicious, I enjoyed it.
The sink design in the bathroom was a bit frustrating. The faucet's position near the edge made washing hands awkward. My hands bumped into the basin often because of the limited space.

The room was modern and spacious. I found that the air conditioning worked efficiently and provided a comfortable environment. The beds were very comfortable and ensured a restful sleep throughout my stay.

Breakfast offered a good variety of options each morning. I especially appreciated the fresh fruit selections that were available. The restaurant staff were great, a plus.

The front desk staff provided really good service. Luis, in particular, offered excellent suggestions for local attractions. He also assisted with making several reservations, a big help.

The location was fantastic, close to many attractions. I found many things to see just steps from the hotel's front door. This made exploring very easy! though the parking was expensive.
