helpful staff direct access free parking gym equipment breakfast options limited seating

i found the staff very friendly. reception was helpful and efficient, and the food was decent. the hotel gives direct access to the sandy beach, a bonus for beach lovers like me. also, i was glad that free parking was available.

the gym did not meet my expectations. some equipment were hold together with tie wraps, not ideal for a four star hotel. also, i noted that breakfast options did not change daily.

poor entertainment cheap desserts

the evening entertainment was poor. seating felt limited at the pool bar. i expected better food quality than i experienced in the buffet restaurant. desserts were especially disappointing and seemed cheap.

friendly staff comfortable bed older men drunk spaniards

The staff were INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. I also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. There was a large selection of dishes for every taste.

as a female, i just didn't feel SAFE there. There were lots of older men leering at the girls by the pool and lots of drunk spaniards at the bar. I could sense that the mgt were more interested in profit rather than safety.

hotel location local bus services

the hotel location wasn't ideal. i missed having shops or bars nearby. the only spar was a 20-minute walk away, and there were no local buses. this made me reliant on the hotel facilities, limiting my ability to explore the area. no alternative to explore the area was frustrating.

The beach location was AMAZING. The outdoor area for having breakfast was really lovely TOO.

The air conditioning seemed to be a concern. I was told it was important for them to fix it asp, I found the air conditioning to be problematic. Some staff could have a refresher in customer service WITH a smile.
