excellent location friendly staff dated furniture unyielding bed

The location was excellent. I found several supermarkets and restaurants nearby that enhanced my stay! The staff was very friendly and always ready to assist with any queries I had.

The furniture looked quite dated, I noticed this immediately upon entering the room. The bed was unyielding, I struggled to find a comfortable position for sleeping.

the hotel's location is central! it made exploring so easy. the staff was really friendly and always ready to help. the pool area caught plenty of sun and was great for a relaxing afternoon.

i had some trouble with the room's cleanliness upon arrival. i found a few ants, and it took a bit to get it sorted out. i hope they can improve this aspect .

The room felt a bit neglected. The shower leaked. Water spread all over the floor after each use. I reported this issue, but maintenance never fixed it. the bed was UNCOMFORTABLE, it made it hard to sleep well.

My room had a small kitchenette. It included a refrigerator and a microwave. The location was really convenient, near to restaurants and shops. The staff were helpful with directions and local information. I also found the on-site bar offered good value.

terracotta tiles safe area pool area poor shower phone torch

I really liked the complex structure. it has whitewashed low-rise buildings with terracotta tiles. the pool area felt safe for my son. Staff cleaned it daily.

The shower wasn't great. also, the light switch for the room was difficult to find. I needed a phone torch.
