I enjoyed the staff. they were very attentive. the room was always well cleaned. i especially liked the service at bernie's pool bar. Facundo provided excellent care. the breakfast had good variety, with different coffees. and hot dishes.
The hotel car entrance is narrow, so taxi drivers do not come down it. i had to walk to the end of the driveway to meet them. The taxi was waiting there.

I was expecting a true five-star experience, i must say i was let down. it began early each morning and continued throughout the day. It made relaxing by the pool difficult. the vegan options are few. the restaurant didn't really cater to my dietary needs.

I appreciated the attention to detail. The restaurant dinner offered a cool vibe. I especially want to thank Facundo, the pool manager. He provided great service! He was always ready to answer questions and recommend lunch spots. He were really good too ensure we were comfortable.
The road noise was unfortunately quite noticeable in my bungalow. The claim of soundproofing did not match my experience. I found it hard to fully relax at times because of the constant traffic.

my stay was fantastic the staff were attentive and helpful throughout the hotel i found them very friendly and professional the hotel grounds were beautiful with lush greenery and well-kept landscaping the atmosphere was so calm and relaxing offering a true escape from the city life i definitely recommend this place.
the menu at the restaurant was somewhat limited which impacted our dining options slightly.
