loud music limited dining

the music around the pool was constant. it was loud all day i even got warnings from my watch about noise levels. also the dining choices were limited if you did not like the italian restaurant you needed a taxi to find something else

superb hotel with great service

warm welcome smooth check-in really good service

I TRULY appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival. I received a choice of welcome drinks. The check-in process was smooth while I sat in the foyer. I would like to mention Yana and Natàlia from guest relations for their really good service. The room had a pool and sea view. My bags were brought up.

The hotel has a light and airy feel with a beautiful aroma. The gym has very good equipment. Spa treatments are available. These include facials and massages.

The breakfast buffet was superb, with every food type imaginable. I ordered hot food from the menu. This was preferable to food kept on hot plates. The pool menu offers many options including delicious sushi platters.
