careful team fast car helpful service
i am grateful for the hotel's attention to detail. the team at the main gate was always helpful. they handled luggage and provided a club car fast. they helped my kids with care, and i am thankful.
i found the room was too noisy. the location was directly next to the elevator. this noise affected my rest, and the sound insulation wasn't good.

The staff were very nice. They anticipated every need. our room had a spacious terrace with comfortable lounge chairs. the hotel grounds are fine. The gardens are meticulously maintained! it was like paradise.
the wifi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the room. it was a minor inconvenience.

the rooms were super clean and cleaned twice a day to suit me i loved having a large terrace where i could enjoy champagne from room service it arrived quickly after i ordered it on the app the staff in eddy's bar were amazing too.
