The check in was smooth. I found staff was knowledgeable. The room was big. The bed was huge. A nice balcony had a sea view. Plenty of power points and USB ports existed.
I found few drawers were available in the room. no coat hooks existed in the closet.

staff were all friendly from check in to check out. the lady at check in gave me the best rooms. food was very good, excellent breakfast buffet and delicious lunches at different restaurants. the hotel is close to the airport.
the wardrobe light was clicking on and off the whole stay. i reported it to reception but it was never fixed. avoid room 302 if you want a decent sleep.

Check-in occurred smoothly with a staff member very knowledgeable. My room was spacious, and the king-size bed felt huge. I liked the balcony that had sea views. The bathroom's design included a view of the balcony.
I thought the hotel could use more coat hooks around the room.

the check in process was easy. i received an upgrade to a suite with a super large bed. the breakfast had a super selection of all sorts of items (especially the fruit).
the evening meals were not so good. i had one at the med (i thought it was meant to be lamb chops). it was ribs but no meat was on them. the restaurant times were not as advertised and similar at each one.
