taxi arrangement helpful staff breakfast quality basic room reception location upgrade cost

I arranged a taxi to the venue through the front desk. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. I enjoyed the breakfast.

The room we were offered was pretty basic at the back of reception. They offered an upgrade. The upgrade came at a cost. I didn't think it was worth it for one night.
