The front desk gave me a room on the fifth floor as i requested! this room had a spacious layout, including a double bed i was looking for. the electric kettle and mini-fridge in the room were awesome additions. i got to enjoy the rooftop bar, sun loungers, and pool. It was such a blast!
During my check-in, i encountered a young female staff member who was not very friendly. she didn't greet us and answered our questions abruptly. She didn't smile or offer helpful assistance.

the location was very convenient, near the beach and local shops. i found the facilities to be clean and well maintained. the room included a fridge and a kettle. the staff were friendly and quick to address my needs.
The wifi signal in the room was sometimes weak.

the staff was friendly and helpful. they seemed approachable and were always there to assist. the pools were great too. i especially liked the infinity pool.
the room was not properly cleaned, but the bed was made every day and towels were exchanged. the buffet dinner was okay but became repetitive after two days. check in was not at 2pm, i had to wait almost two hours, until almost 4pm, to get my room key.
