excellent stay with fine views

I appreciated the gym. It allowed for a morning run before sightseeing. the hotel has very nice views from the terrace and pool. we had a terrace suite. The curtains created a big reveal when opened. our room was clean and spacious and i was very grateful.
I found the room temperature difficult to manage. the hotel only offered heating. There was no air conditioning option. the room became unbearably hot. i was told the system only provides heating. There is no way to cool the room.

The staff were friendly. They helped with various requests. álvaro was especially helpful. He responded quickly to queries prior to arrival. álvaro were pretty good too ensure we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is a short walk into town and to the famous bridge. it has very nice views from the terrace and pool area. These are perfect spots to unwind. i also found easy car access very useful.

I appreciated the excellent location, it allows easy access to attractions. The views from the pool and restaurant impressed me. The staff were kind, they provided great service .
The room got uncomfortably hot at night because the hotel only offered heating. The air conditioning blew hot air, even when I adjusted the settings. I felt disappointed by the temperature control issue.

Restaurant food impressed me. Dinner tasted very good there. The restaurant overlooks the gorge providing nice views as I ate. The experience got a bit chilly as the sun went down, so I moved inside.

The hotel is just a short stroll to town. A ten minute walk. I could choose between the main road or the pedestrianized panorama walk. This walk goes through a public park with valley views, it offers nice scenery.

Staff members appear very professional and kind to me. One staff member stood out. Ivor did an excellent job. His attitude added positively to my overall experience, I am thankful.

my double room terrace had lovely sunset views over the valley. the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine and a fruit platter upon my arrival. the outdoor pool seemed very inviting.
