The suite, sea-facing and a corner room, was really good. i had plenty of room. Two bathrooms plus a full bath were available. sofas were present as well as a balcony. it also featured a lounger, a table and chairs. a generous three bottles of water were left each day.

the room was large, sunny, and bright. the layout felt unusual. comfy seating was provided. full-width opening glass doors led to a terrace. views included the park and sea.

The main restaurant felt quite chaotic during breakfast. It was like a cafeteria on a car ferry. the staff didn't seem particularly cheerful either. also, the toasters were absurdly slow! i can't imagine how they manage when the restaurant is really busy, and the noise levels were pretty high

I found the reception staff helpful . the breakfast was plentiful. It offered a good selection. the secure underground parking for residents only was very convenient, it gave me peace of mind.
the hotel is a bit of a walk to restaurants, about 30 minutes.

the triple pool area had lots of space and spare sunbeds throughout my stay. the hotel also has a well-managed pool area. the wifi worked excellently throughout the premises, always a plus.

the breakfast buffet had a varied selection of food. veronica and inma were most helpful breakfast staff. i had a lovely corner suite with an excellent ocean view
the hotel and entrance were not clearly signposted. the atmosphere felt sterile, especially in the bar area! though the dining rooms reminded me of an office building canteen.

just ok, a mixed bag
noisy breakfast areadried bread
the breakfast area felt too big. it was NOISY and impersonal. i think it felt more like a train station than a nice place to start your day. the bread selection at breakfast was disappointing too. i wanted fresh bread, not dried-out slices.
