The breakfast was fantastic with many delicious extras. The fruit selection was amazing. The bed was REALLY comfortable, and there was a good selection of pillows.

The shower was tricky to operate, even with instructions from reception. There was hardly any space to sit by the rooftop pool. The room was a bit small and not really spacious for two.

The breakfast had a large selection. The staff were always friendly. I found the rooms to be lovely and clean. I also used the safe and coffee maker in my room.

The lift was very tiny and slow. The pool was much smaller than I thought. It had very few sunbeds. Most rooms do not have a view.

i was charmed by this hotel the staff were genuinely helpful they booked taxis for me without hesitation the location was also a plus i could easily walk to the main attractions and the shopping area ubers were readily available too which was convenient the breakfast buffet was lovely and i enjoyed sitting outside each morning in the courtyard

the check-in process felt a little lengthy there was a noticeable push to upsell the h10 club i think complimentary water should be standard the lift was also quite small and slow to use the pool area looked smaller than expected with few sunbeds

excellent stay!

warm greeting amazing breakfast king bed

i enjoyed a very warm welcome with complimentary cava. my room had a comfortable king size bed, not two twins combined. the breakfast offered amazing options, surpassing ten other hotels on my trip. the hotel staff helped greatly by storing our suitcases upon arrival and arranged train transport.

I stayed five nights at this hotel. friendly staff gave me a glass of cava upon arrival. the receptionist provided helpful tips about local attractions. i appreciate the birthday gift in my room. Such service makes a beautiful experience.

The shower was very complicated. Reception showed a laminated picture of it. it needs replacement.
