The staff were polite. That was acceptable.

i found the pillows uncomfortable. the towels seemed to be of poor quality. the bedding also failed to meet expectations, along with the bath robes.

clean room helpful staff central location uncleaned loos pool maintenance missing tile

the room was amazing very CLEAN. staff were friendly HELPFUL. the hotel was central

i reported an issue with the disabled loos and it was never CLEANED. the pool is not maintained and i'm shocked they are allowed to open this for health and safety reasons. so many missing tiles are around the pool you have to watch your step as a lot of sharp areas

inconvenient temperature control missing birthday acknowledgement

the location was acceptable , offering easy access to nearby attractions.

The room felt colder than expected , even after i told the reception i wanted a warmer temperature. the temperature control was fully managed by them , not me , which was really inconvenient. also , i found the lack of acknowledgement for my birthday disappointing. Other hotels of this standard usually offer a small gesture.
