charming stay near the station
convenient location modern style efficient staff ample variety
the location was very convenient, being a short walk from santa justa railway station. the hotel had a modern style, it pleased me. the staff was friendly and efficient, providing good service. the bistro offered good meal choices and the breakfast had ample variety (i appreciated the fresh fruit).
i found the instant coffee in the tea and coffee making facilities to be somewhat underwhelming, but that's a small detail.

I found the staff very helpful throughout my stay, particularly Pedro at the front desk. He was nice. The hotel's location worked well for me. The bus stop right next door made getting to the city center easy. My room had everything I needed, including thoughtful gifts and small gestures that I appreciated.
The hotel's maps were photocopied, so navigating to main attractions proved difficult. The nearest bus stop for the hop-on-hop-off tour was further than expected.

The breakfast offered excellent variety with many tasty options. It set a positive tone for each day. The restaurant presented an really good menu. I especially liked the artichoke soup and Iberian pork risotto, cooked perfectly. Staff were also cheerful and very friendly.

The roof space included a sun bed area plus a rooftop pool and bar. This was great. The lift from the street to reception eliminated the need to carry luggage. This made the hotel easily accessible. Cleanliness was really good in all communal areas.

Excellent Hotel near the Train Station

The gym offers modern cardio machines, free weights, a flat bench, and a cable machine. I enjoyed the spa services and the relaxing massage. I spent time in the pool and jacuzzi. The rooftop bar provided amazing sunset views and great drinks.
The coffee provided in the room for the tea and coffee facilities was only instant coffee.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, a definite plus for travelers. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, complete with a refreshing pool and a bar.. it's perfect for relaxation. I found the buffet breakfast offered a great variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful .
The walk to the main attractions is a bit of a distance.

Excellent Hotel near the Railway Station

The hotel's lift goes from the street to reception. It makes access easy for everyone. I received an upgrade to a ground floor room near the inner courtyard. This room was spacious. It felt suitable for people with disabilities. The shower had a lower shower head (this was thoughtful).
The room faced the hallway. It had zero noise insulation.

fantastic getaway!
fresh juice relaxing spa spacious room pretty patio
i loved the fresh orange juice and delicious omelette at breakfast , it started my day perfectly. the spa was very relaxing, and the massage by jessie was very nice. i really liked the spacious room and the pretty patio area. also, the pool on the roof was a fantastic bonus!
