The lobby had an AMAZING design! I also loved the robes in the room. The daily housekeeping was such a plus. The balcony was awesome, I can tell you THAT.

The room felt a little cramped when two people were moving around. Still, it was adequate. There was no complimentary water in the room, not even upon arrival. I had to use what was in the minibar. There WERE paper cups in the room. Later, I found out you could have requested porcelain cups.

The staff greeted us warmly and promptly handled the car parking upon arrival. We particularly appreciated the rooftop restaurant and its fine cathedral view.. the food and service were really good. The hotel's architecture showcases a typical Andalusian style I loved.

i noted that the walls seemed thin. Noise from other guests in the corridors was audible and a bit distracting. The bathroom door did not close completely.. this impacted privacy. Some of the power sockets in the room were not working.

the location is fab! the rooftop bar give an amazing view, it just perfect. i found the hotel super beautiful with an interior courtyard, it was nice. the staff was too nice and also available if you needed help planning.

the room was fine, clean, i did find only one armchair in the room, it was not ideal.

The bathroom layout proved quite impractical. The door barely cleared the toilet, and the triangular bathtub was difficult to use. I found the curtains to be noticeably dusty which detracted from the room's overall cleanliness I thought the noise levels were not acceptable since the elevator was close.

the hotel's location was perfect! the staff was very friendly and helpful too, which i appreciated. the lobby definitely felt beautiful. the beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was the best i have ever had, hands down.

It got noisy sometimes. Hard surfaces on the walls and floors really let noise travel around!

The hotel location impressed me. It was a short walk to many attractions. The breakfast options were also great. I found many things to eat.

My room felt a little cramped when two of us were moving around. I found out later that I could have requested porcelain cups. I can't imagine that anyone would prefer to make a hot drink in paper cups. It was a strange setup. There was no complimentary water in the room upon arrival. I had to use what was in the minibar.
