The staff was very kind and helpful . The beds provided great comfort. I found the coffee and tea service in the room convenient, along with the daily maid service. The breakfast had an amazing array of options (especially the fresh fruit and pastries).

The lift was quite small, so sometimes I had to wait a short while.

the location was excellent. i could easily walk to many attractions (it was so convenient!). the staff were also very great to all my needs.

the elevators were quite small. i often chose to take the stairs instead (especially during busy times). also, the bar closed relatively early at 10:00 pm, limiting options for a late-night drink.

We were woken up every morning by banging and loud noises because of the works taking place in the courtyard. The windows were old with no soundproofing.

Staff at reception was friendly. The complimentary tea and cake upon arrival was a very nice touch. Luggage storage was great. There were some biscuits and nuts in the room too.

Beautiful room was small. The room was not clean. There was residue of toothpaste on the walls in bathroom. The carpet smelled like it had not been cleaned.
