amazing stay!
warm welcome panoramic view breakfast buffet
the staff greeted me with such a warm welcome, it made my arrival so smooth. my room included a panoramic view, i was so excited! the breakfast buffet had many options and they all tasted so good. i loved the convenient parking that was available right next door.
housekeeping did not come to my room at a suitable time, it was consistently late which was frustrating.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to leave my luggage behind. they really kept it safe. i felt supported with everything i needed and it was a win!

my room was spacious and there was plenty of natural light coming in, which i loved! the bed felt large and comfortable, so i could rest very well. the eiffel tower view was really exciting!

convenient location quiet neighborhood water absence missing bathrobe
The hotel's location is advantageous. The metro station nearby made access to the city center quick. The neighborhood was quiet.
Water was not provided in the rooms. Bathrobes were also absent. Bathroom items, such as a comb and cotton swabs, were unavailable. There was no bidet.

amazing breakfast convenient parking bad housekeeping intrusive staff
The breakfast was amazing and plentiful. the hotel is next to the metro. That was very convenient. parking was next door and it was convenient as well.
housekeeping was not great. rubbish built up on our table throughout our stay. a man walked into our room without knocking to drop off chocolates. i found this quite intrusive.

non-adjustable air conditioning slow breakfast refilling
the receptionists were helpful, it was good.
the air conditioning wasn't working as expected. i find it irritating i couldnt adjust it. the breakfast also needs attention, they did not refill items quick enough, i wanted a baguette but there werent any.

I found the receptionists very helpful. the panorama view from my room was fine. I really enjoyed it. the room was spacious. i also liked the abundance of natural light.

broken air conditioning slow service
the location was convenient, near public Transportation.
the room's air conditioning WAS broken and i reported it. IT took hours for staff to offer a room change. the second room had issues too, as someone ENTERED claiming it was theirs.
