the receptionists were helpful, it was good.
the air conditioning wasn't working as expected. i find it irritating i couldnt adjust it. the breakfast also needs attention, they did not refill items quick enough, i wanted a baguette but there werent any.

I found the receptionists very helpful. the panorama view from my room was fine. I really enjoyed it. the room was spacious. i also liked the abundance of natural light.

the location was convenient, near public Transportation.
the room's air conditioning WAS broken and i reported it. IT took hours for staff to offer a room change. the second room had issues too, as someone ENTERED claiming it was theirs.
