The location was excellent. the artistic hotel design was charming, and the staff was very helpful. the room was quite comfortable and of a good size. It included lots of food options nearby. the hotel is also close to many historical sites.
the bathroom felt dirty and dated, i must say. the tap would rattle when people above used water, and it was quite bothersome. the courtyard was actually a concrete ledge with cigarette butts and dead plants. the gentleman who worked there was very rude.

the breakfast was good. the staff were very attentive. the location is ideal. the receptionists were helpful, always happy to answer questions.
Carpets were heavily stained. They needed a deep cleaning. the towels had an unpleasant smell. It resembled cigarette smoke. the wifi was not functional . beds advertised as doubles were closer to a large twin.
