i found the staff very friendly. the location was great, i could walk to the eiffel tower. my room was clean. it included a double room.

the bed weren't the best. i had a thin mattress, it was lumpy to. also, the pillows were too firm for my liking. i found a security deposit i wasn't told about at check in, that was a bummer.

The location was convenient. It offered easy access to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees, which I appreciated. I also had an very nice view of the Eiffel Tower from my room. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy processes.

The air conditioning was not working as effectively as I would have liked.

staff were friendly. they let me store my bags after check out because I had a late flight. the hotel was clean and tidy. some restaurants and cafes are really nice nearby.

my room was small. It was hard to move around because i was with family. my suitcases took up the little remaining space. The space felt very tight.
