charmed by the location

the hotel upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment since the crib did not fit in the standard room. this was really thoughtful. the location allowed walking to the arc de triomphe in about ten minutes. many little bistros nearby open early offering morning coffee and croissants. i liked having dinner at those bistros later in the day.

the room was very small i could hear noises from other rooms and the cleaning staff was very loud each morning making restful sleep difficult

the receptionists were helpful and polite when i asked for assistance. staff provided options to suit our dietary restrictions for breakfast i thought that was very kind of them. they were super attentive and friendly with us at all times.

the location is near a subway station and several cafes. the hotel is within walking distance to many attractions. the eiffel tower is visible just outside the front door allowing for easy sightseeing and photo opportunities

the breakfast provided was good offering a satisfying start to the day. the surrounding area has an abundance of little bistros that open early. i could get my morning coffee and croissant easily each day of my visit.

the location was AMAZING. i had a triple room and it was very spacious. the reception staff were very lovely and FRIENDLY.

the hotel is located on a quiet street, but some traffic noise was still audible, especially during the MORNING.

the location was great for exploring key landmarks.. the proximity to the eiffel tower and arc de triomphe made sightseeing easy. it's close to shops selling souvenirs. we loved the breakfast buffet offered daily at a reasonable price, it fueled our mornings. our room also had a beautiful view, i really appreciated that. the friendly staff provided really good customer service throughout my stay.

the temperature dial in my room didn't seem to alter when turned down, so i opened a window for some cold air.

i found the staff very friendly. the location was great, i could walk to the eiffel tower. my room was clean. it included a double room.

the bed weren't the best. i had a thin mattress, it was lumpy to. also, the pillows were too firm for my liking. i found a security deposit i wasn't told about at check in, that was a bummer.

The location was convenient. It offered easy access to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees, which I appreciated. I also had an very nice view of the Eiffel Tower from my room. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy processes.

The air conditioning was not working as effectively as I would have liked.

staff were friendly. they let me store my bags after check out because I had a late flight. the hotel was clean and tidy. some restaurants and cafes are really nice nearby.

my room was small. It was hard to move around because i was with family. my suitcases took up the little remaining space. The space felt very tight.
