The staff were very helpful and friendly . the free shuttle service to disneyland was quick and convenient, just a short phone call away. i really liked the spa area. It was the perfect place to relax after a day at the park. i found the beds comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

the hotel is a short distance from the val d'europe shopping centre. the rer a station is also a short walk. the on-demand shuttle service to disneyland took only five minutes.

the hotel offered good handling of luggage upon early arrival. the concierge staff were very helpful with information and directions. the on-demand shuttle to disneyland was always ready upon request.

The breakfast had a good selection of foods and was readily available. our room included a kitchenette. This was ideal for preparing snacks for disneyland. there is abundance of restaurants in the nearby shopping centre for dining options.

The hotel provides a free shuttle to the Disney Parks and the drivers made the trip easy.

The air conditioning did not work. The room was hot and humid. It was terribly uncomfortable, so it made it difficult to relax. I consider this a significant disappointment.
