the wedding was gorgeous! the staff were wonderful. the venue offered fine views. the food was delicious. the spa was very good, and i enjoyed relaxing and pampering before the big day!
the building appears a tiny bit tired now, but it is still very well kept.

The gym includes various equipment. I did see a well-equipped space. the spa has steam and sauna rooms. i saw a lovely pool and great equipment there.

Breakfast had much choice. I had a well-cooked meal. the partner pub next door is named The Fat Abbot. they serve good food there. i like that i can eat there easily.

The breakfast included good hot dishes and quality bacon.
My room looked tired , the carpet was coming up in the corners. Half-used toiletries were in the bathroom. I should have asked for my money back.

Excellent Hotel Experience
ample parking easy transport comfy bed
The hotel provided ample parking. Public transport to the city was easily accessible. My room was spacious. It featured a sitting area with a sofa and French doors that opened to a courtyard. The bed was comfy. The gardens were beautiful.
The pub front of house staff showed no desire to help. I was not told how to book a table. The hotel suggested room service, but I did not want it. My room had a hole in the plaster board above the case rack.

The hotel's location offers convenient access to public transportation. It made trips into the city simple. The setting is very calm, conducive to relaxation and away from the hustle.

The breakfast buffet offered excellent variety. It delivered great value for the cost. I dined at The Fat Abbot, it was also excellent. Staff were friendly. They accommodated every request.

My room had double aspect views. It overlooked both the gardens and a cornfield. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The rooms provided ample space for luggage and personal items.

The leisure facilities included a pool. There was an aromatherapy room, sauna, steam room and salt inhalation room. The gym looked great. The spa has a steam room and sauna rooms.
