I appreciated the hotel's proximity to Clifford's Tower and The Shambles. The room was clean. The staff was friendly, and I found it convenient that I could rent umbrellas from the lobby.

I found checking in took a considerable amount of time. I had already paid in full prior to arrival. I also had to pay a deposit, which I did not expect.

My recent visit included four nights and I found the hotel quite accommodating. I appreciated the proximity to major attractions, including the City Walls and the convenient bus access. The breakfast was satisfactory and having coffee readily available in the lobby proved quite useful .

The pillows provided were not to my liking.
