grimy shower lacking attention
the location proved ideal, close to many attractions.
The room's cleanliness was concerning. I found a biscuit wrapper on the floor upon arrival, and the shower had grime. attention to detail was clearly lacking. it's a shame.

I found the staff friendly and helpful at all times. My room was clean, had a cool temperature, and smelled fabulous. The breakfast was excellent, with many choices available. I had good drinks at the bar.
I found there was no iron in the room. I had to use an ironing room on each floor.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Their service was great. The hotel offered a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival, a nice touch. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and I especially liked how modern the hotel decor was.
The bathroom was quite small, made maneuvering a bit challenging.

helpful staff decent size recycling section uncomfortable bed poor shower small room
the staff were helpful i could leave luggage in the store room too the double room was a decent size it was more than enough for one night i found many lovely details in the room there was a recycling section in the bin
the bed was very uncomfortable i found the pillows terrible the shower was very poor also the room was very small overall it was not a great room i would not book again it was far too hot everywhere

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They really went the extra mile to. the hotel's location offered convenient access to nearby attractions and the train station. i appreciated the blackout curtains that allowed me to sleep soundly, and the hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness.
the sink had a slight odour, but it wasn't too disruptive.
