Dewsnaps Brasserie serves Yorkshire and British food made with Yorkshire produce. The menu includes simple classics with a local touch. Yorkshire ham hock terrine and Yorkshire beer-battered cod and chips are available. A cheese board with unpasteurized varieties is also available. Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM on weekdays and 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM on weekends, costing £15.95. The main Brasserie menu is available from 5:00 PM, with last orders at 9:30 PM. The Wellington Bar offers craft beers, world spirits, and cocktails. The beer garden has a wood-burning pizza oven running until 9:00 PM daily (except January 23rd to February 9th, when it operates Thursday to Sunday). A selection of homemade pizzas is available. Small plates and deli boards are available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

The Churchill Hotel features a beer garden seating around 80 guests, with tables for drinks and wood-fired pizzas. The Garden Igloos and The Bothy can be hired for private dining for 6 to 8 people, at an additional cost of £150. The hotel provides venues for celebrations, including weddings, birthday parties, and private dining events. The Georgian music room caters for up to 30 guests. The Churchill also caters for smaller events of up to 20 people, in the private dining room.
