I was impressed by the well kept hotel grounds. The conservatory provided excellent views of the golf course. Staff members were friendly and very informative.

My bathroom experience was strange. I found two half-used toilet rolls and no soap for hand washing. I had to use shower gel. The advertised fires in the spa gardens were not lit. This lessened the impact of the ambiance depicted in the pictures.
