central location comfortable bed small room unswept cobwebs
The location was AMAZING!!! it was right in the centre to everything. the bed was also really comfortable. i loved the warmth of the room too. It was so nice and cozy.
i found the room very small! cobwebs were not swept clean. we were on the ground floor near what must have been a bottle waste recycle bin.

great location clean room pleasant staff excellent breakfast
i found the hotel to be in a great location with easy access to attractions. my room had been recently refurbished and was clean. the staff at reception were quite pleasant, and i was able to park right outside the hotel. breakfast was also excellent. the breakfast attendant.

the hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance of the train station. numerous bars, restaurants, and shops surround the premises. the convenience made exploring easy.

helpful staff real treat central location
I loved the helpful staff. They were so friendly and made everything easy! breakfast was a real treat. my room was large and super super clean. i appreciated the central location near the rail station and conference centre!
The lack of hotel parking created a stressful start to my stay. I had to use a nearby car park, but it was difficult to find with the sat nav!

wonderful staff spacious room beautiful building
I found the staff wonderful. our room was very spacious, and the bathroom was equally generous. the building itself has a beautiful design. It's set in a lovely area.
I did notice the room was a little chilly. Perhaps the windows need an upgrade.

Acceptable Location, Disappointing Room
The location was good, convenient for accessing nearby amenities.
My standard double room was quite small and not very soundproof. I could hear noise from the street and other rooms (it really affected my ability to rest). The decor felt dated. It needs updating.

helpful staff sky bar
I received assistance with my luggage upon arrival. A young man took my bags and placed them in my room before I checked in. Breakfast was served in the sky bar. The sky bar offered nice views of the town.
I found the room to be slightly small.
