The staff at this accommodation is friendly and also very helpful. They assisted with dinner reservations, and that was very nice. The hotel offers small gestures like cleaning rooms when keys are dropped off, and taxis are ready .

There are No security at the entrance. Anyone Can walk in without being checked. someone not a guest stole my iPhone Directly from the table.

After a trip, my family and I arrived at the hotel. The elegantly designed rooms face an inner garden. This made it quiet and picturesque! The restaurant offered delicious food with friendly service. The location is near many great restaurants along the Seine and the Marais area. I should have stayed longer in this AMAZING hotel.

I noticed SLIGHTLY dated elements in the room decor.

The hotel restaurant has an executive chef with a Michelin star. I was served by Hélène, whose recommendations were beyond expectations. She had excellent knowledge. The caviar starter is awesome, and the crudités are prepared tip top! I had an EXCELLENT dinner.

The location is grand. I got an upgrade upon arrival. That was great. The staff are friendly and courteous. They are helpful. The amenities left in my room were a very nice touch. The Hamman is a great facility to have. The gym is well equipped and quiet.

I found this hotel through AmEx Platinum's travel services. We typically have great experiences with properties they endorse. Sadly, after this experience, we may have to be a bit more discerning about the properties from service level. Upon checking in, I was told my room was 'upgraded. ' The bathroom was almost as large as the bed chamber.
