car keys destroyed rims
The room had plenty of space and had everything you needed and shower was amazing. The breakfast was awesome
The valet treatment of my car was unacceptable. One staff member took home the keys one night, so I could not have access to it until 9 AM the next day! The hotel found excuses instead of owning up to their mistake. Both front wheel rims were damaged while parking the car at night.

The room had a spacious layout and contained all necessary amenities (I really appreciated this!). Breakfast included a buffet and an a la carte menu. All items were fresh.
I noticed only minimal soundproofing, so I could hear some noise from outside.

The breakfast was satisfactory.
My room's air conditioning was not effective. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. The lighting was inadequate. noise from nearby establishments was disruptive late into the night.

helpful staff rooftop bar poor lighting broken toilet
the location was great.. right near the bridge. the staff were very helpful and friendly. breakfast had a good selection, and they were very attentive. the rooftop bar was very good.
The room was quite dark. Lighting was a bit poor. the pool was closed, disappointing. the air conditioning was temperamental. i noticed a broken toilet seat too.

lovely rooftop views and fantastic service!
central location helpful staff reserved space
i loved how central the hotel was everything i wanted to visit was within easy walking distance. the super nice team and very friendly assisting me with a last minute car rental. i really enjoyed the rooftop bar even when it was busy there were always spaces for hotel guests.
the room decor felt a bit too dark for my personal preference. some might like the vibe but i prefer brighter spaces.

The staff demonstrated attentiveness and provided helpful service throughout my stay. I appreciated the hotel's stylish design. The sound insulation was effective given the location on a busy thoroughfare.
I found the pillows to be a bit too soft for my preference.
