the hotel's location is very convenient as it is near a shopping area. a tramline is available, easily taking you to the heart of the city. i found the staff to be very helpful throughout my stay. it was like a romantic escape.

i noticed the absence of in-room coffee service, a minor inconvenience.

The staff seemed a bit UNFRIENDLY, especially at the pool bar. One employee was swearing in Spanish when we complained about an insect in our drink. It was like tourists received less respect than Spanish guests. the mattresses were HORRIBLE. A bit too cheap for such a hotel.

Daniel at bribone dining room stood out, his service felt heartfelt. he brought our food always with much joy, it seemed like he made our dinner. our room was very clean, also very beautiful. All the details felt lovely. the service i received throughout my stay was good, too, so , made everything even better.

i found no sitting area outdoor and the pool area was closed. it was not notify on their site. the weather was lovely and i wished for a cozy spot under the sun. the absence of a peaceful outdoor escape felt a bit like a forgotten dream.

this hotel is in a good location, very quiet, not noisy. downtown access is simple by taxi, i think it's only an 8 minute drive. there are some good restaurants nearby, not far from the hotel.

my room was very clean and i thought well appointed. the bed felt great, as did the pillows, so soft. it was also quiet and i could rest well at night.
