I found many hidden spots to explore within the hotel. The rooftop pool was a nice addition, enjoyed by everyone. The personnel was friendly. They were helpful. The hotel's central location provided easy access to key sites.

The water pressure in the shower was slightly inconsistent during peak hours.

Breakfast included several options. I saw bread, jam, coffee and yogurt. There were potatoes, cheese, juice, and fruit. The food quality was fresh, and the dining area had sufficient seating.

inadequate seating crowded experience

the location was acceptable, close to the main historical sites.

I was pretty disappointed with the room i got. i booked a superior room, but it lacked adequate seating. It was uncomfortable. the breakfast area felt too small.

The building included many music instruments. Arts were all over. The location proved convenient. The rooftop area was lovely. Staff was friendly. The room was spacious and cleaned every day.

Our room needed better sound isolation. Street noise was audible. Hallway sounds also disturbed sleep. This negatively affected our experience.

mixed experience

cramped room minimal closet

the room i got felt pretty cramped. closet space was minimal with only a few hangers and limited shelf space. the safe in the closet seemed overly complicated (i almost needed a manual to operate it). i had to live out of my suitcase for most of my stay.
