the check-in process WAS quick. the receptionist gave ME a room with a bath upon request. room 333 had a HUGE double bed and two single beds. tea and coffee facilities were available.
the hotel is very noisy i could hear the restaurant being cleared at night. it WAS easy to hear other rooms. this made for bad sleep.

The bar staff seemed rather unfriendly. On several occasions, three staff members were behind the bar. They left us standing there waiting to order a drink and did not acknowledge us. They walked off multiple times before asking if we wanted anything. I also had to repeatedly ask for a dessert menu and eventually got it myself (it was like a treasure hunt).

i stayed in the superior king room. the room was very spacious with stylish decor. i liked the colors and scheme of the carpet, headboard, and bathroom tiles. prints of local landmarks added a nice touch. the smart tv was a plus. the menu in the restaurant had a good variety and generous portions.
the room did not have good shower pressure. constant noise came from some sort of machinery in the hotel. the noise made it difficult to sleep well during the night.

the restaurant menu included plenty of choices with braised beef being a delicious option. i found that portion sizes were very generous across all courses that i tried. the food tasted fantastic.

the staff was both friendly and cute. everyone was very helpful and ready to help you with any questions. they helped me out when i missed breakfast.

the hotel room included plenty of sockets and lighted mirrors , made it convenient for getting ready. an ironing board and fridge were also available in the room. there was rainfall shower to start the day.

The service during dinner was slow. I waited quite a while for my order to be taken. clearing the table after the first course took even longer (it was around 8:30 pm). this was difficult, especially since i had kids with me. it seemed like they might have been short-staffed, but whatever the reason, the service definitely wasn't great.
