the staff was very helpful. there were many recommendations offered. breakfasts included freshly squeezed oranges and everything you could wish for.
the receptionist said the room was for one person, even after i arrived with my husband. i felt attacked. the hotel room had a leak from the ceiling on the third night.

the staff acted friendly. they also were very proactive. the location has many bars nearby. it exceeded my expectations.
I was disappointed the pool bar area only opens from friday to sunday at 3pm. the coffee machine produced awful coffee. the balcony was disappointing. It's enclosed. it lacks fresh air circulation.

I found the staff very helpful with directions and recommendations. The rooftop pool area offered a relaxing space with comfortable loungers. My room included a complimentary set of headphones and some candied almonds. The location provided convenient access to key attractions.
The public parking was a bit distant from the hotel. It was approximately 400 meters away and it was inconvenient for luggage handling.
