limited opening hours enclosed balcony
The pool bar opening hours disappointed me. It only operated from 3pm friday to sunday. this was inconvenient since i visited during the week. the room lighting wasn't great either. It was too dark for applying make-up. the balcony also underwhelmed me, as it was enclosed without fresh air circulation.

the location was central. i had quiet nights because of soundproof windows in my room. my room included a coffee machine.

fixed temperature limited schedule
i was pretty frustrated. the temperature in the room was consistently too warm. i spoke to reception, and they said management controlled the temperature and there was nothing they could do, even though a sign said otherwise. also, the pool bar was only open from friday to sunday. i found that pretty limiting since i was visiting during the week.

generally okay stay
helpful staff many recommendations fresh orange rude receptionist ceiling leak one person
the staff was very helpful. there were many recommendations offered. breakfasts included freshly squeezed oranges and everything you could wish for.
the receptionist said the room was for one person, even after i arrived with my husband. i felt attacked. the hotel room had a leak from the ceiling on the third night.

proactive staff great location friendly treatment awful coffee enclosed balcony limited hours
the staff acted friendly. they also were very proactive. the location has many bars nearby. it exceeded my expectations.
I was disappointed the pool bar area only opens from friday to sunday at 3pm. the coffee machine produced awful coffee. the balcony was disappointing. It's enclosed. it lacks fresh air circulation.

Excellent City Stay
helpful staff relaxing space candied almonds
I found the staff very helpful with directions and recommendations. The rooftop pool area offered a relaxing space with comfortable loungers. My room included a complimentary set of headphones and some candied almonds. The location provided convenient access to key attractions.
The public parking was a bit distant from the hotel. It was approximately 400 meters away and it was inconvenient for luggage handling.
