easy access easy parking noisy room coffee facilities
The location was good with easy access by car. Parking was also easy to find in the area surrounding the hotel. I liked the orange blossom scents.
My room was quite noisy I could distinctly hear the lift. There was not a kettle or any coffee making facilities in the room. There were such facilities in the main hall for a fee.

Good Hotel near Roman Bridge
quiet location helpful staff rooftop pool quick service
The hotel sits across the Roman bridge. It still was quiet at night. I asked for a kettle, and staff delivered it promptly. The rooftop pool was useful after a long walk. The location is really good, and the pool provides a comfortable addition.
The elevators were under repair . My room was next to the elevator.

amazing stay!
friendly staff fantastic location free parking
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated their quick responses. the location is fantastic. It's a short walk into the center, a great convenience. there was free parking on the streets around the hotel. This saved some money.

The breakfast selection included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot items. The presentation was excellent. the rooftop bar offered drinks, with views of the city. there was a wide variety of choices.

The front desk staff was professional, and showed respect. I felt valued as a guest. the breakfast staff was courteous, and provided above-average service. They always greeted me with a smile. they were very helpful.

The rooftop terrace bar offers fantastic views. This is a great spot. the hotel provided secure underground parking, and the spaces were good-sized. This added convenience. the location is in a quiet area.
