The check-in process took SO long. The receptionist seemed unhappy and didn't offer much assistance. We needed recommendations for breakfast, and the suggested place was CLOSED. i think the value for money was poor, not justifying the price PER night just for the room.

the location was fantastic , very central to the main attractions. the room size was good , and the bed was very comfortable. i really enjoyed the breakfast , especially the wide variety of choices. the staff were also helpful , they provided information about the area.

the soundproofing wasn't perfect , i could hear some street noise at night.

The staff helped a LOT.. they provided useful information. The interior design has a pretty courtyard style. The location worked, it offered an ideal spot for exploring both the historic and Jewish quarters of the city.

The piping made noise from midnight until morning. It sounded like trapped air moved through the toilet bowl. It affected sleep.

The hotel has a BEAUTIFUL open patio where I enjoyed breakfast. The room was spacious, with a high ceiling and two French balconies. The beds were fabulous. The building and grounds are really good, a MUST see!!!

There was no coffee machine in the room.
