useless equipment gym misrepresentation

the staff were nice and helpful at the hotel

the gym was a real letdown i thought the hotel advertised a proper gym but it turned out to be just a few useless pieces of equipment in the garden nobody could really train there the equipment was so inadequate this misrepresentation was disappointing it felt misleading to promote it as a functional gym when it barely qualified as one

prime location wide choice many sunbeds

the location gave me the opportunity to watch cruising vessels dock and leave. i found a wide choice of restaurants within walking distance on both sides of the hotel. i liked the swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds.

loud music broken air conditioning

I was pretty annoyed. the nightclub next door blasted music until 2 am. It was impossible to sleep! the staff didn't warn us about the noise. also, i found the air conditioning was broken in my first room. It was stuck at 16 degrees. they knew about it from a previous guest, yet they still put me there!
