the staff was ready to help.
the air conditioning was loud and didn't work for the first two days. we paid extra for a sea view but got a room on the first floor. it looked directly into sunbathers below, the restaurant, and sunbeds, giving us no privacy at all...

the room looked clean and spacious, i appreciated that. i could see the ocean from the balcony.
I was really disappointed with the breakfast buffet. hot items were cold, and the coffee was undrinkable. the building next door had loud parties late into the night. It disturbed my sleep.

My room had side sea view. Staff members was amazing, nothing seemed a problem. The location near the sea was convenient. There were many restaurants nearby.
The breakfast buffet was terrible. Hot items become cold, and replacements werent frequent. The coffee tasted undrinkable. So, I went to a café.
