The location is quite good, within walking distance to many restaurants.
The room cleaning was not up to par. My king size bed was made up with single bed sheets (this meant the sheets came loose with every movement). Simple cleaning aspects were missed entirely.

the air CONDITIONING was TERRIBLE and made a loud noise all night. it was Impossible to get a good night's sleep because of IT. This is unacceptable for a five-star hotel.

i enjoyed the excellent location for walking into town (it's so convenient!). the pools overlooked the sea and there were plenty of loungers. the poolside bar and restaurant area were fantastic too, i loved it!
