amazing staff!
large suite clean balcony domestic staff
i had a suite that was large and very clean. it had a great balcony with a lovely sea view. the domestic staff kept the suite very clean. i enjoyed two great massages in the magic spa.
The staff made it so easy for me. karina from the service desk always had a smile. she was friendly and helpful. the rooms were cleaned every day. Fresh towels looked daily.
the location involves quite a long walk to town. the area is very quiet with limited bar options around it. it is ideal for those enjoying complete peace.

the room had individually adjustable temperature controls. spacious rooms contained comfortable beds. the view from the room was beautiful, it allowed excellent enjoyment.

the hotel is in a good location. free shuttles go into the city twice daily. a local bus stop sits right outside the hotel providing easy transport.

staff throughout were really good from reception to entertainment. it extended to dining and bars. karina mejias, the service desk manager, provided friendly assistance with a lovely smile. i really enjoyed that service.
