slow lifts repetitive shows

The lifts were SOOO slow. It was like forever waiting. The entertainment was also a letdown. I found the shows to be quite boring and repetitive, and there wasn't much variety for different tastes. I EXPECTED more from a hotel of this caliber. There should be more activities.

speedy check-in great balcony indoor pool

The check-in process was super speedy. my room had a great balcony with a sea view, what a treat.. i really enjoyed the indoor heated pool. The kids loved it too. the cakes at the italian restaurant were divine!

The gym's equipment could use some updating. Some machines seemed a bit worn.

i liked the pools. there were always beds available near the pool. staff were helpful too. i enjoyed the variety of food. it was easy to find options i liked. the room was cleaned daily. towel service was regular.

the gym was small. it only had a few machines. it was sometimes crowded.

the hotel include several pools and a jacuzzi cavern. a gym is available for guest use, though it is a smaller space. a sauna offers a place for relaxation, and the overall premises is maintained well.

the staff were friendly, especially in the restaurants. the cleaning service was thorough and consistent. i did see quick clearing of glasses and plates, which can feel rushed. drinks are memorized quickly by wait staff.

broken gym equipment chipped pool balls

the food options were acceptable.

I was disappointed by the gym equipment. It was broken and not fit for purpose. the pool table in the sports bar was also in poor condition. It was not level, stained, and the balls were chipped.

decent Stay at lido

comfortable pillows excellent food

it were my first time and i am planning a return. i enjoyed the pool and sea view from my balcony. the room were really clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable.

the walk to the shops took 1/2 hour, it were ideal for working off the food. there is a shopping mall within walking distance from the hotel, turn left at the front of the hotel.

the staff were very friendly, always on hand to top up wine and water. they were especially nice with children. the staff had great knowledge and skills.

the hotel has entertainment in the evening, both in the piano and show bar. the poncha making demo by the pool were fun. the animation team works hard, putting in a lot of effort.

the sea view room had excellent views of both the pool and the sea. bedding were made from lovely cotton and they changed it on request. pool towels were included.

the food in all restaurants were really fab. i enjoyed the Kai restaurant with the show cooking. the all inclusive drinks were of a high calibre and the selection was very wide.
