the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. the gym facility was nice and the equipment seemed very new. the atmosphere in the rooms was cosy..

i found the evening meal menu rather poor. i ended up eating out in the restaurants around the hotel where the food was better. the lighting in the lounges and bars was quite poor.. the communal areas seemed dark.

The location was great for exploring the marina and nearby shops. the staff were very thoughtful and helpful. breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection, ensuring a good start to each day. the pools were excellent, especially with the option of seawater.

the elevators seemed a little slow, but i never waited too long.
