the staff were helpful and friendly enough.

I found the room not exactly dirty, yet it did not feel as clean as i expect. the chair was worn. It needed replacement (.. ) there was dampness i could not shake, even when i turned on the ac and opened the windows. the sheets felt slightly damp because of this, so it led to an overall uncomfortable experience.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast had a reasonable variety of options, much appreciated. Dinner was great. The food quality was AMAZING!!! I found fresh, cool water available on every floor.
