beautiful room friendly staff fantastic garden easy access

the room was beautiful and offered views. the staff was friendly and helpful. the gardens were fantastic with many plants and statues. the location is really good, offering easy access to local attractions. i really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel.

I noticed that some areas around the pool seemed a bit worn. Some floor tiles were loose, this needed some attention.

good selection fresh towels nice touch

my room was a tradition double room. the minibar had a good selection of drinks and snacks. the turndown service included fresh towels and chocolates on the pillow (a nice touch).

the gym equipment showed some signs of wear.

The hotel upgraded my room, so I got a beautiful room. The room includes L'Occitaine products and a rainfall shower. Breakfast on the terrace was tasty. Staff were efficient and friendly.

The sitting area air conditioning didn't cool well.
