The breakfast had good fresh fruits and pastry.

I always book rooms with air conditioning, but AC didn't work in this room. The hotel told me nothing could be done because the hotel was full that night. I never received an apology, also I never was given any type of compensation.

The hotel offers a courtesy shuttle from the airport after a call once baggage is collected. rooms are modern, clean, and spacious. I found them well kept. the staff decorated the room for my husband's birthday. This. the hotel's cleanliness was amazing!

the air conditioning in my room did not work properly, i had to wait a considerable time for assistance.

the hotel rooms were very clean. the staff was very friendly specifically in the restaurant area. my room included a coffee machine with capsules that staff replenished regularly. i found the breakfast buffet to be ample with a good selection of items to choose from.

the front desk was sometimes understaffed, which led to slightly longer wait times.

the restaurant provided prompt dinner service with polite staff. however the burger i ordered was lukewarm and lacked sauce leaving it dry. i did notice demi bottles of wine were served without ice buckets.

The hotel offers a free airport shuttle, perfect since my flight was early. The hotel has an area for kids in the lobby, great (my child loved it!). I found many surfaces in the room for placing bags and unpacking my belongings.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even mailed my child's teddy back to me after we lost it. The restaurant staff were professional, and I had a great dining experience (I dined twice). I will recommend this hotel to my friends.
