The staff was amazing and helpful. I really appreciated the convenient free shuttle to the airport, which departed at 4:30 am. Its location is very close to both the train station and metro station. The proximity made getting around so simple.

I found the shuttle service to terminal 2 at 6 am very convenient! it made my early morning departure seamless. the fully renovated rooms were comfortable. the hotel location is great because is close to the airport. Plus i enjoyed the nice pool. staff helped me to arrange a ride for me to the airport. so helpful.

The hotel lacked complimentary bottled water. This was a bit disappointing considering the overall quality.

The breakfast buffet had a large selection of hot and cold items. I found the convenient walk to Terminal 1 especially helpful for my early departure. It was a HUGE plus. The room's amenities included a very useful 1-liter bottle of water. The staff responded quickly to my requests.

Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Exist

The room was generally clean. I must mention there was an unpleasant odor. I also found it impossible to open the window for fresh air. The staff didn't address it properly, and it. It, a disappointment. The parking situation was also not convenient. Spaces were very tight, and navigating was difficult.
