the breakfast offered many options and tasted delicious. the rooftop pool was lovely! the staff was friendly too.
the tea and coffee supplies were not replenished daily, twice i contacted reception. twice the water was off for maintenance between 13:00 and 18:00.

i appreciated the central location facilitating exploration. the breakfast had a wide variety of options each morning. the staff provided helpful service throughout my stay. i found the rooftop pool offered great city views after a day of sightseeing.
the street noise at night was noticeable. the sound insulation could be improved to ensure a quieter environment. this issue impacted my sleep quality slightly. despite this, my stay was generally positive.

the location was central! the staff helped me with directions. i enjoyed the rooftop pool and moon bar, it had such great vibes after my day exploring. it felt safe traveling alone.
the gym was a bit small, though still functional.

The staff addressed minor room issues quickly. They changed my room after i mentioned a loose wall lamp. the new room was very clean. i appreciated the really good service and attentiveness. the location was also fabulous. I could easily access shopping and restaurants.
the rooftop pool was closed . i wish i had known this beforehand.

The hotel's central location made exploring the area easy. The staff members were consistently polite and helpful . I received a voucher for drinks at the rooftop bar which I greatly enjoyed. My room was modern, well kept and always clean.
The shower setup allowed water to splash onto the bathroom floor, which required extra towel use.
