I walked out, and i was right in the historic area. I don't think i've stayed in a hotel in a better location. the staff was friendly and helpful and provided great service when we needed something. breakfast had excellent gluten-free options, great for my dietary needs.

The reception staff provided detailed instructions for reaching the hotel by car. It was very helpful given the location. they also offered quick assistance with any requests. staff checked to see if we needed anything after we got to our room.

The room was very clean and well kept, and i found it to be very cozy. there were marble floors, so the room was a bit noisy from the hallway. the bed was comfortable. though. I had no problem falling asleep.

The hotel's central location allowed easy access to all major monuments and attractions. We walked everywhere easily. i loved being close to the mosque, just across the street. nearby, i found a starbucks and restaurants, and the hotel was also near other amenities.

The hotel offers on-site parking in the basement. The hotel sent detailed instructions, a relief. breakfast had a wide variety, and it seemed like a good value. the hotel also looked authentic, made the space look amazing!

The location is amazing. You are very close to everything. breakfast was great, with a nice coffee shop available too. the room was quite spacious. I had enough space for my things.
The air conditioning made noise making it hard to sleep well. i found no tea or coffee available in my room. I would have expected it. the wi-fi signal was nonexistent in my room.

The location could not be better. It was literally next to the Mezquita. The air conditioning worked very well during the summer heat (I appreciate that feature a lot).
Access by car was very hard. You need instructions on access if arriving by car.
