The location was superb. It was in a charming central spot, very peaceful (I found this detail great). The staff were cute and helpful. The hotel was clean. Breakfast included lots of choice and was delicious.

The room had a glass door to the bathroom, strange. It was difficult sharing with friends. Some parts were broken or not fixed properly, like loose items. The shower sprayed water everywhere.

I thought the location was super central. the staff was always ready to help. They were so kind! the room was quite neat. i liked that a lot. breakfast had many tasty choices, too.

The room looked out on an inner courtyard. There was minimal natural light there.

The location was excellent, steps away from the shopping street.. It was also close to restaurants and bars. The staff at check-in and check-out were very helpful. Vera, Andres, and Daniela gave great service. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean with comfortable beds.

I found some of the furniture to be a little tired. The room was quite basic, but complimentary water was provided for the first night. The carpet in the hall areas looked worn.
