ineffective air conditioning limited food
The air conditioning barely worked, and I found it difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature. Several guests seemed to have the same problem. the variety of food at breakfast was lacking. I expected more options for a hotel of this supposed caliber. THE selection was limited, and the quality wasn't great.

faulty air conditioning noisy street
the rooftop bar had lovely views. the staff there were lovely.
The air conditioning barely worked, so my room reminded me of a sauna most of the time. i complained, but they just said it was working and told me to wait. also, the noise from the street was awful. The balcony door didn't shut properly, so it was hard to sleep.

the staff was very helpful. the location is superb. i found the rooftop bar lovely. the rooms were cleaned daily, which i found convenient.

Average stay. Some issues encountered
poor air conditioning crowded rooftop
I was pretty frustrated. the air conditioning barely worked. it really didn't cool the room at all. i reported it, but nothing changed . also, the rooftop bar was too crowded. I couldn't get a decent spot.

faulty air conditioning loose tile
I did expect more from this hotel. The air conditioning didn't really work. I was hot during the night. I also noted some wear and tear in the bathroom. A tile was loose, and that looked bad.
